This page explains what cookies are, which types of cookies we use on the website francouzskytrh.cz, what purposes they serve and how you can manage your consent to their use.

2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences (for example login, language or settings) for a certain period, so that you do not have to enter them again on each visit or when moving between pages. Other technologies, such as the browser’s local storage or measurement pixels, may serve a similar function.
3. Which Cookies We Use
We divide the cookies used on our website into three categories:
Necessary (technical) cookies: they ensure the basic functionality of the website, its security and correct display. Without them, the website could not function properly. These cookies cannot be refused and are processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest. Analytical cookies: they allow us to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the website, so that we can improve its content and performance. They are stored only on the basis of your consent. Marketing cookies: they serve to display relevant advertising and measure its effectiveness, or to connect with social networks. They are stored only on the basis of your consent.

Analytical and marketing cookies are activated only if you give your consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, generally by opening the cookie settings on the website (for example via a link or icon in the footer). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can also control the storage of cookies through your internet browser’s settings. In most browsers, you can view, delete, and restrict or block the storage of cookies. The procedure varies by browser; you will usually find instructions in the help or privacy settings:
Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Microsoft Edge Safari
Please note that fully disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website, and some of its parts may not work correctly.
7. Transfer of Data to Third Countries
Some providers of analytical and marketing tools (for example Google or Meta) may process data outside the European Union as well. Such a transfer takes place only in compliance with the conditions set out by the GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your Rights and the Supervisory Authority
In connection with the processing of personal data through cookies, you have the same rights as for other processing (the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and withdrawal of consent). You will find the details in the Privacy Policy.
